  • What is VIRGIN/RAW HAIR ?
VIRGIN HAIR means the hair has had minimal processing. RAW hair means the hair is completely free from perms, bleaches, color treatments, and dyes. The hair is untouched by chemicals and unprocessed or texture unaltered. Raw hair is exactly as the name applies; Raw, unprocessed, 100% human hair. When you think about unprocessed, this means it has not undergone ANY chemical, heat or steam processing. Raw hair is the purest and natural form of hair available on the market.
 
  • How do I take care of my tresses?

  • Can the tresses be colored?
All our Raw hair can be colored. Since all hair is natural and can vary, some hair may be harder to lift than others. Always remember you can only go 2 to 3 levels lighter with virgin/raw natural colored hair. Always to have your hair colored by a licensed professional or hair colorist.
 
  • Do the tresses shed?
All Extensions are subject to minimal shedding. Chemically processing the hair, vigorously brushing, combing and constant wear/tear can cause the hair to shed more than normal. Please refer to our Hair Care Guide to learn how to prevent shedding!
 
  • What products should I use on my tresses ?
We only recommend high-quality hair care products. Always choose sulfate-free products. Avoid using your average products found at your local drug or grocery store. These products contain chemicals that can dry out the hair.
 
  • What hair care products should I avoid?
Avoid product that contains sulfate, ammonia, parabens, or harmful chemicals that can dry out your hair.
 
  • How long will my tresses last?
With good maintenance, this hair can last a lifetime. We put no expiration date on our hair. Please treat this hair as your own. Please remember that excessive heat and/or color can/will result in the reduction of its natural pattern of the hair.
 
  • When will my order ship?
Our processing time is 1-3 Business Days. Orders placed after 5pm will begin processing the following business day. After your order has been processed, it will take 1-5 days to receive your order from the shipping carrier.
  • How does local pickup work?
The pickup time provided does not include processing time. Processing time is 1-3 business days and your order will be able for pick up in 2-4 business days.

All Sales are FINAL! NO refunds will be accepted after an order has been shipped out.

Bluxe Tresses is not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged items, that occurred once the order is shipped out. The customer is responsible for filing a claim with the courier to inquire about a refund.

How does SHOP NOW PAY LATER work?

Customers have the option to pay for their order in full at checkout, or to pay in installment payments for orders from 50 USD to 17,500 USD.

 

  1. The customer adds items to their cart.
  2. The customer checks out.
  3. The customer selects to pay in installments.
  4. The customer reviews all of the installment payment options that are available to them, and then chooses an option.
  5. The customer reviews their purchase, and then makes their first payment at checkout.
