SHIPPING 

All items are shipped via USPS or UPS. Our Virgin Cambodian Processing time is 1-3 business days to prepare your order. After the processing time is complete, your order is shipped. Shipping takes 1-5 business days to reach you once it leaves our facility. Once items are shipped, tracking numbers will be sent to the email address provided with the purchase.

 Our Raw Indonesian, Indian, and South East Asia tresses currently has a processing time of 5-7 days.  After the processing time is complete, your order is shipped. Shipping takes 1-5 business days to reach you once it leaves our facility. Once items are shipped, tracking numbers will be sent to the email address provided with the purchase. Your hair will arrive in under 2 weeks.

Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays.

 

BLuxe Tresses does not hold responsibility for packages after they have been shipped.

 

Bluxe Tresses is not responsible for late shipments due to holidays, natural disasters, weather delays, or any courier delays.

 

If items have not been received, it can be located by using the tracking number or contacting your local post office.

 

REFUNDS/EXCHANGES

 

We do not offer refunds once an order has began processing. However, sometimes we may be able to modify your order. Please contact us to inquire about your order regarding refunds/returns. 

 

Please be advised that all sales are final after checkout, and once you have checked out, and you have agreed to all conditions of the company.


Bluxetresses is not responsible for any packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged during mail transit. The customer is responsible for filing a claim with the courier to inquire about a refund.

You are not eligible to file chargebacks solely based on shipping delays. We understand that delays in shipping can be frustrating, but they are often beyond our control due to various factors such as weather conditions, customs clearance, or carrier issues. By agreeing to this policy, customers acknowledge that while we strive to provide timely delivery, unforeseen circumstances may cause delays. In the event of a shipping delay, customers are encouraged to reach out to our customer service team for assistance and updates on their order. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in adhering to this policy.
